National Realty LLC. is a real estate brokerage firm licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. The company hires prospective real estate agents as independent contractors. The company provides training, support and supervision of the agents.
One must be qualified under state real estate regulations in order to obtain a real estate license in each jurisdiction.
3. Agents status as independent contractor.
Agents who join National Realty LLC are independent contractors under IRS regulatoins. However, the company maintains supervisory authority over the agents including review of contracts, addenda, advertising, and real estate related documents.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized agent actions.
4. Payment & Refunds
All fees must be paid unless otherwise state. Such fees include license application, Realtor association memberships, Bright MLS, and errors and omissions insurance. . Fees are non-refundable. .
Processing of payments may be handled by third-party vendors. We do not store your payment card information.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, graphics, logos, videos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Act Web Real Estate School, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Limited access to course materials is granted only for your personal, non-commercial use during your enrollment period.
6. Communications Consent (Email & SMS)
