Job Requirements

  • Passed pre-license course and PSI real estate exam. 
    If needed: Paul owns VaRealtySchool.com for has the pre-license course.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Have either a social security number or a Virginia driver license.
  • Other requirements:
    Strong interpersonal skills.
    Ability to meet and communicate with clients.
    Basic computer and internet skills.
    Team player and desire to learn the business.

Job Responsbilities

  • Obtain information from brokers to learn company systems and policy.
  • Meet with clients and communicate relevant property information.
  • Obtain knowledge of the MLS listing system.
  • Handle basic contract forms and electronic communications.
  • Handle sales, purchases, rentals with assistance of brokers.
