Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong desire to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic real estate industry
- No prior experience required, but a salesperson license is necessary
- Willingness to complete the required license course if not currently licensed
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Guide clients in filling out necessary contract forms and documents
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and client interactions
- Identify and implement the most effective strategies to attract new business opportunities
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state regulations
