We are located a block away from the Toll Road on Reston Parkway at the intersection of Sunrise Valley Drive (Previous location of Coldwell Banker). Our free standing office is a 6,000 sq. ft ground level office building. It’s easy to get here and very easy to park with over 60 parking places and a convenient front entrance unlike other offices. Our agents love this location inside and out including out one of a kind nautical theme.

Board Room

We have two large conference rooms including a full window enclosed board room with HD Plasma screen, wireless keyboards and high-speed internet to view home listings. Our office is sure to impress each one of your clients.

Reception Desk

Our reception area is bright and cheery, just like our full time receptionist. People are greeted here with a professional, friendly attitude. It makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into National Realty. We’re open 7 days a week.

Computer Room

Our computer room is state-of-the-art. We have seven (7) wide-screen monitors mounted on the wall to keep things clean and modern. They are connected to high-speed Comcast cable internet.

Agent Workstations

We have a variety of places for our agents to meet their clients and view listings depending on what makes them comfortable. We have private offices, semi-private offices and an open-space agent area with lots of seating. The agent area also has an internet connected wide-screen plasma for a high-tech theme.

Design

Our kitchen has an upscale nautical theme. The cabinets remind you of what you would see on a million dollar yacht. It’s a great place to grab some coffee or maybe a snack and a soft drink. There’s a comfortable table that’s great for an easy lunch or coffee break.
